The Albion Bolton branch of the Caledon Public Library will be holding a free Reiki and Crystal Healing Workshop starting at 7 p.m. Join us for this exciting seminar taught by Reiki Grandmaster, Angela Morrison-McEwan. You will learn which secret stones enhance the potency of Reiki therapy and which crystal combinations can create optimal results to assist in the healing of any given ailment. Canadian Celiac Association 'get together' at the North Bramalea United Church (363 Howden Boulevard, Brampton). The meeting will be held from 2:30-4 p.m., but attendants will have a chance to "get acquainted" at 2 p.m. The meeting theme is 'a day with a naturopath' and the speaker will be Dr. Jodie Peacock. There will be food vendors, organic oven and the turtle dove bakery.

The Albion Bolton branch of the Caledon Public Library will be a holding a free 'Allergies- A Friend or Foe?' seminar at 7 p.m. Are allergies inherited or acquired? What are allergies? Symptoms of allergy, how does one get a diagnosis, do foods trigger allergies? All this and much more will be addressed in this informative and interesting presentation facilitated by Dr. Fateh Srajeldin N.D., a well known Naturopathic Doctor and director of the Naturopathic and Allergy Clinic in Toronto.
